All staff friendly and great service

The hotel is very picturesque and quiet. It has enormous potential. The long pool is so lovely but, it isn't very clean.

The wifi was our main gripe. It was ok in the restaurant area but, awful in our room. It did work if we asked the front desk to connect us but, it did fall over a lot. The hotel was empty. We were pretty much the only guests. The pool wasn't overly clean. The rooms were a little tired Various areas of the hotel need decorating The guy ion the restaurant basically warned us off on our first day. He told us that the restaurant would be shut at 3pm each day and that we should find somewhere else to eat in the evenings.

Room was a good size. Had a mini fridge which was good. Staff were friendly

Had a tv with Netflix but didn’t work. Restaurant Menu wasn’t great

Location was good, walking distance to Sengiggi beach and restaurants. This is a collection of villas of varying sizes and shapes. We stayed in Angsana villa The staff, all the staff including the security, the cleaners, the porters, reception staff, etc were really respectful, helpful, polite and nice They did their best to ensure our stay was pleasant Special thanks to Andrian for his beautiful gesture and decorating our room beautifully. Swimming pool was clean and decent size The manager was really amazing with us, he was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was decent, but we only had breakfast in the Hotel once, as there are many nice restaurants close by who do really nice breakfast. Overall the stay was very pleasant, except for too many lizards and gecko's coming inside the room and the bathroom (which you would expect in Lombok)

Even though doors and windows were all closed, lizards and geckos still managed to come inside but the staff were always happy to come and remove them... sorry we don't like lizards!

The pool is wonderful and the beds so comfy. And the staff are brilliant, friendly and keen to make sure everyone has a great experience. The view from the rooms is incredible - the photos don’t do it justice.

The WiFi access in the rooms is terrible - not great if you’re travelling with older kids. Unpleasant smell of gas coming from the toilet bowl too.

The gardens and pools are really nice. Location is excellent and staff are wonderful.

Rooms are a little outdated, aircon not working properly and no ventilation in bathroom .

The breakfast was fine, we stayed at private pool villa which is the location absolutely perfect for family stay

I wouldn’t complain for our staying. Stayed at Kebun villa was absolutely what we need for vacation

Nice Villa design with private pool. Very spacious Villa. Big bathroom with bathtub. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location: - Close to restaurants, markets and beach (few minutes walk). - Nerby restaurants offer food and drink delivery directly to villa with no additional charge.

The bed sheets and towels did not smell nice (no detergent smell - like they have been washed a few months before). Villa A5 needs refurbishment and better maintenance, especially: - wooden patio needs to be replaced (wood is rotten and moldy - use provided slippers in villa to step on it) - few lights needs to be fixed (pool light, bathroom lights) - tiles in the pool are falling off - air condition is worn out

Very accommodating staff. Lovely room with amazing beds! Both pools where lovely but we especially loved the top one! And loved the fact you could rent dvds from reception!

Privacy in the villa with its own pool

We stayed in the one bedroom villa it is overpriced needs a total revamp. Only 1 sachet of coffee for 2 people. The room smelt musty when we walked in as if we were the first people in a long time. Fridge didn’t work properly leaked. Air con in the bedroom was very poor had to have the ceiling fan on as well which was noisy. The bed sheets had stains on and curtails dirty. Dressing room no plug to dry your hair etc Bathroom very big but sink had stains from moldy water and so did shower cubicle. Basic bathroom accessories in a scabby cardboard box which has seen better days old and crumpled. Pool area ok but decking in major need of being replaced old chipped faded & bowing. Had to ask for pool towels none in the villa Breakfast very poor would rather have a buffet you have to choose 1 of 3 from a card Just not very nice. All the above was reported and they offered us a change of room at 10pm as we were going out. We declined due to only staying 3 nights. My photos make this place look good very deceiving I would not stay again

Was the worst Breakfast I had ever, the food quality wasn't the best, the spaces where the pools are disappointing, further away from the beach than it looks on the map, and the pictures of the hotel pool are misleading.

Blessed with what we got. It was last minute booking and all went well & smooth. Simplycity is the best. Rooms are parted with pots of plants at the corridor and individual staircase lead to your room. Serene with plants. Thumbs up.

Could have place floor mat outside the room. Especially, after deeping in the pool and into the room.

Good breakfast, clean rooms and two pools. All in all its a nice hotel! You can go to the center of senggigi with a scooter in 1 minute or by walk in 5 to 10 minutes. Senggigi is a very beautiful place on Lombok.

The food in the restaurant is too expensive and not really much for the price, but you can eat very well outside in the warungs. The wood around the pools is a little bit old and broken.

The room was not very clean, with stains on the curtain, hair on the floor and dirty towels. The bathroom has a lot of mould and the windows were dirty too. Also the communal area looks out of shape and the pool more green than blue. Air condition was noisy.

Bathroom was filthy dirty, unfortunately the rest of the place has been effected by the earth quake. So it’s not good, I wouldn’t want to take Young kids here, you wouldn’t be able to relax. It’s not kid friendly for them to be able to run around. I think the pictures on Booking.com are before it had been effected.

Location was great ,set in peaceful gardens ,room was good sizi,hot Water shower fantastic, staff friendly, efficient,, nice balcony,,

The croissants, not consistent, so days, tough &chewy, others good, but can be improved,, coffee was a little stewed,, after to long in the machine,, good choice for breakfast,,.

Everything was really good. Amazing staff, clean rooms, nice pool and a great restaurant.

The wifi was bad in the room but worked fine in the common areas. The AC was loud.
